Chemical service involves the dismantling of the air conditioning unit to thoroughly clean areas that regular general servicing is unable to reach. The blower and evaporator coil is also given a chemical treatment to was off stubborn deposits and restore like-new conditions.

What it involves:

• Dismantling fan coil unit and inspection of parts

• Cleaning of filters

• Chemical wash on blower and evaporator coil

• Vacuuming of aircon drainage pipe

• Checking of aircon refrigerant pressure

• Checking of electrical components

• Reinstalling fan coil unit

• Testing the system for any identifiable defects​
